Born in Russia and growing up in Europe and the United States, Zoe was exposed to many cuisines and cultures. She graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2011 with a strong background in wellness trends and a great interest in incorporating as many vegetables into my cooking as possible. She has working for New York City restaurants, as a caterer, and as a personal chef.
